Concerned about a property you are thinking of purchasing? Rest assured the Pass & Co. provide a reliable full inspection of all accessible areas of the property, and provide a full reports. If necessary Pass & Co will also include an estimate for any remedial works needed.

Pass & Co. are a PCA registered company and therefore we have an active commitment to help protect the environment. We do not carry out ‘precautionary’ chemical treatments in properties where no evidence of active beetle infestations have been found.
