Specialist damp proofing services

Wall badly affected by damp

Our Damp Proofing Service

Typically damp proof course treatment would involve the removal of damp plaster up to a height of approximately 1.2 meters, and the injection of a chemical damp proof course. This would be followed by specialist re-plastering with a sharp sand and cement render, and a plaster top coat.

Chemical Damp Proof Course

At Pass & Co we create a chemical damp proof course by injecting a speciality cream into any damp walls.

Frequently asked questions

If using an emulation based paint, we usually recommend a two week drying period as a minimum. However, this can differ if redecorating using wallpaper, we usually recommend a three month drying period as a minimum. If unsure please feel free to contact the office or speak to one of our operatives on site.

Drying periods can differ based on the weather, especially in an unoccupied property during the colder seasons. In some cases we will use heaters/dehumidifiers to aid drying the brickwork.

You may want to drill into a impervious waterproof barrier to hang fixings or screw in electrical sockets for example. In this situation, please speak to our operative when on site or contact the office, so we can advise you further. Please contact us before drilling into an impervious waterproof barrier as this may affect your guarantee
