Specialist Surveys - currently free of charge in most instances

Our qualified remedial surveyor is experienced in conducting damp and timber surveys for all types of properties.

The Process

For most damp issues and timber defects, the surveyor will visit your property at a mutually convenient time. In some instances, there may be a small charge levied payable in advance, which will be deducted from any estimate provided for remedial works. During our visit, the property is usually examined internally and externally. Internally, our surveyor will check all accessible walls for dampness (along with any accessible timbers) which may be affected by dampness (or beetle infestation).  Our surveyor will look for any exterior defects that may effect internal moisture levels. For example, high ground levels, leaking/blocked guttering or faulty down-pipes etc.
