APOLOGIES, SURVEYS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED, DUE TO STAFF SICKNESS

Signs of Damp can include bubbling or crumbing plaster, low level tide marks running horizontally across the wall rotting skirting boards or whit/grey salts on the surface of the plaster.

At Pass & Co. our surveyor is experienced in conducting surveys for all types of properties.

The Process

For most damp issues the surveyor will visit your property at a mutually convenient time. During our visit the property is most often examined internally and externally. Internally, our surveyor will check all accessible walls for dampness and any timbers which may be affected. When examining the outside of the property the surveyor will look for any exterior defects that may effect internal moisture levels. For example, high ground levels, leaking/blocked guttering or faulty down pipes.
